Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I’m also in the same industry - shopping for insurance is not easy nowadays especially in Colorado. At first GREAT, once they got the business they left it in the dust. I do not recommend being they will sell you on the price then completely o MIA after that. Took me a month to get a hold of the agency itself - they blamed some new person who was then gone the 6th time I called.
